WV322 at the World Air Speed Anniversary |
|
WV322 performed a series of flypasts on Sunday 7th September to commemorate Neville Duke's capture of the World Air Speed Record back in 1953 in Hunter F3 WB188.
Painted especially for the event, topped and tailed in red to mimic WB188, WV322 was piloted by Jonathon Whaley and flew from Exeter via Bournemouth, Southampton, Goodwood and Tangmere flying the route that Neville Duke took all those years back.
